4. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking services. Any changes to the information provided must be promptly updated.
  • Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations while using our services.
  • Conduct: Users are expected to behave respectfully towards Drivers and comply with any instructions provided during the ride. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the service without refund.

5. Booking and Confirmation

  • Booking Process: Users can book services via our website, mobile application, or by contacting customer service. A booking is confirmed once the User receives a confirmation message or email from the Company. It is the User’s responsibility to review and verify the details of the booking.
  • Changes to Booking: Users may modify their booking, subject to availability. Any modifications may incur additional charges, which will be communicated at the time of the change.

6. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: The cost of services is determined by several factors, including the type of vehicle, distance, time, and any additional services requested. Prices may vary during high-demand periods (“Prime Time”).
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor.
  • Billing: Charges are billed at the time of booking or upon completion of the ride. Users are responsible for all charges incurred under their account, including any additional fees for changes or cancellations.
  • No Refunds: All charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company cancels the service. This no-refund policy applies regardless of the User’s decision to terminate the service.

7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation Policy:
  • Unconfirmed Bookings: If the booking has not been confirmed by the client, it can be canceled free of charge.
  • Confirmed Bookings: A cancellation fee of $25 plus a $5 technology fee and a $1 system surcharge applies to all confirmed reservations.
  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Pickup: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the cancellation fee will be a percentage of the flat rate, ranging from 20% to 100%. In such cases, tolls and gratuity charges are fully refundable.
  • No-Show Fee: If the User fails to appear for the ride after the Driver has arrived and waited for 5 minutes or more, a no-show fee equal to 100% of the ride cost will be charged.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Company Liability: The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Company’s total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the service.
  • User Liability: Users are responsible for any damages they cause to the vehicle during the ride. A damage fee of up to $250 may be charged, depending on the extent of the damage. The Company reserves the right to verify or require documentation of damages before processing the damage fee.
  • Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or network failures.

9. Insurance

  • Coverage: The Company provides limited insurance coverage for passengers during the ride, which is secondary to any personal insurance the User may have. The Company’s insurance does not cover personal belongings.
  • User’s Insurance: Users are encouraged to have personal insurance that covers their use of transportation services. The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages to personal property.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: The Company collects personal data necessary for providing services, including contact information, payment details, and ride history. The Company may also collect data on User preferences to improve service offerings.
  • Data Security: The Company employs various security measures to protect User data. However, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for any unauthorized access or breaches.
  • Third-Party Sharing: The Company may share User data with third-party service providers for the purposes of processing payments, sending communications, or other operational needs. User data may also be shared as required by law.

15. Special Clauses for Airport Transfers

  • Flight Delays: The Company monitors flight statuses and adjusts pickup times accordingly. If a flight is delayed, the Driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after the new arrival time at no extra charge. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
  • Meet and Greet: Drivers will meet passengers at a designated location within the airport. Specific instructions for meeting the Driver will be provided upon booking.
  • Luggage: Users are responsible for ensuring that their luggage meets the size and weight restrictions of the selected vehicle. Additional charges may apply for oversized or extra luggage.

16. Special Clauses for Corporate Accounts

  • Corporate Billing: Corporate clients may establish a billing account with the Company. Monthly statements and invoices will be provided, and payments must be made within the terms agreed upon in the corporate account agreement.
  • Employee Use: Corporate accounts are intended for use by authorized employees only. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized use by employees, and the corporate account holder will be liable for any charges incurred.
